and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable of the messengers, our master
Muhammad, peace be upon him.
This is a brief introduction to the
Leadership Preparation Program (Rawahel).
Program Overview:
Program Name: Rawahel
Target Audience: Youth aged 18-22
Participants: 10 students annually
Program Description: The Leadership
Preparation Program (Rawahel) focuses on nurturing youth both academically and
practically in leadership and management skills. The aim is to develop them
into influential leaders who can serve their religion and community and guide
their societies towards positive change. The program targets 10 students each
year and includes training in six core areas: leadership, management, critical
thinking, history, community initiatives, and technology. The training
materials are distributed across two academic semesters, during which students
attend four training sessions weekly.
Project Goals:
1. Adopt and develop young leadership
talents.
2. Enrich young minds with diverse
knowledge and contribute to their upbringing in leadership and management.
3. Instill the spirit of initiative,
generosity, and positive values, and broaden the intellectual and mental
horizons of the targeted youth.
4. Develop the capabilities and
competencies of the youth, fostering serious leadership, manhood, discipline,
and responsibility.
5. Prepare a group of youth characterized
by intellectual moderation and disciplined openness, capable of leading
themselves and others.
6. Supply the nation with balanced youth
caravans that have a significant impact on the progress of civilization and
renaissance.
7. Equip youth with modern, effective
leadership skills, convictions, and knowledge.
8. Increase practical awareness and
understanding of life.
Target Audience:
The program targets youth aged 18-22 who
have obtained a high school diploma.
Eligibility Requirements:
1. The student must have obtained a high
school diploma with an average of 80% or above.
2. The student must be within the approved
age range of 18-22 years.
3. The student must have memorized at least
five parts of the Qur'an.
4. The student must be committed to performing
obligatory acts of worship.
5. The student must provide a written
recommendation from a certified sheikh approved by the program's
administration.
